Polène offers a 15-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Initiate Your Request
Access our dedicated returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached, then securely seal the package to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the provided return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
